The Author's Two Principal Programs:
1. Writing Workshops/Clinics
Without displacing any writing curricula, and without gimmicks, this world-class author of almost four dozen books for children and adults presents unique and stunningly effective tips for writing. In fun and engrossing lessons, she concretely demonstrates grammar-based, educationally-sound strategies that make an immediate impact on student work--fiction and non.
Audience Size: Usually class section by section. Doubling-up possible in older grades.
Ages: From pre-writers through to staff-development.
Especially useful for English Language Arts Assessment Test preparation.
The author donates books and makes them available for sale, at discount, through an easy ordering kit.

2. Author Assemblies
This highly visual and densely atmospheric slide presentation gives inspiring glimpses into the life, influences and work of Josephine Nobisso, an author who has earned significant awards and has penned beloved modern classics over the past 36 years. With warmth, humor and natural ease as an educator, the author models artistic success in the face of odds, reads from her work, and engages the audience in an enlightening question & answer session.
Audience Size: To the venue’s capacity.
Ages: The author provides age-appropriate presentations for all grades, and for adult audiences..
